Returns Policy

At House Of Colors, we generally do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preferences such as:

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

  • Style preference

However, exchanges may be allowed in specific cases mentioned below.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in cases related to size issues.

We do not provide exchanges for:

  • Different products

  • Different colors

  • Different designs or styles

Exchange Procedure

If you receive a product with a size issue and would like an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order details and exchange request.

  3. Our team will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

  4. Securely pack the item and send it back to us at your own shipping expense.

  5. Include a note mentioning:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Requested replacement size

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of damage, perfume, stains, or alteration.

House Of Colors reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received:

  • Our quality team will inspect the item.

  • If approved, the replacement size will be dispatched to you.

  • If the item fails inspection, the exchange request may be declined and the item may be returned to the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability

  • Order canceled by House Of Colors

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer after confirmation

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

House Of Colors reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
