Courier Companies
We partner with trusted courier companies such as Ekart and Amazon Surface to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Delivery Responsibility
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues arising with the courier companies. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the courier company for re-delivery or pick-up, as per their policies.

Shipping Time

• Our standard shipping time is 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• For International orders, the estimated shipping time is 10-12 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Under normal circumstances, most packages are delivered within 7-8 days.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking ID via email, so you can track your shipment’s status.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Any additional charges such as customs duties (for international orders) will be borne by the customer.
