Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• International Orders are not eligible for returns.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details regarding the defect or damage.

Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges only in the case of size issues within 7 days of delivery.
• The return courier charge for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.

Exchange Procedure:

1. Contact our customer service team to request an exchange due to a size issue within 7 days of delivery.
2. Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
4. Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.
5. Include a payment of ₹100 or pay online for the forward shipping charges of the exchange.

Inspection and Approval:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
• If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you within 3-5 working days.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
