Returns

Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted in cases of size issues. We do not allow exchanges for different designs, colors, or styles.

Exchange Procedure
If you encounter a size issue and wish to exchange your product, kindly follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
2. Return Address: Our team will provide you with the return address to ship the parcel for exchange.
3. Pack the Product: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ensure it is shipped back to us at your expense.
4. Information to Include: Attach a note inside the package with your name, order number, and the size required for the exchange.
5. Forward Shipping Charges: Include ₹100 in cash or pay the amount online as forward shipping fees for sending the new size.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement size to you promptly.

Non-Exchangeable Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags intact and attached.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable except in rare cases where an issue arises due to product damage or defects from our end. In such cases:

• Refunds will be credited within 5-6 working days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
